Agentic Software Engineer (Cursor) - Remote - Pakistan

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with client teams, integrating seamlessly alongside their designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- Develop and deliver production software where AI systems generate the majority of implementation code.
- Structure codebases, specifications, and documentation to enable reliable, context-efficient AI output.
- Translate complex product requirements into machine-executable, AI-friendly specifications.
- Design AI-first development workflows from specification through deployment.
- Continuously improve AI-generated output through structured iteration and feedback loops.
- Work across multiple technology stacks, delivering high-quality, production-ready systems in AI-accelerated environments.
- Apply disciplined human-in-the-loop review practices, including risk-adjusted validation for safety-critical flows.
- Participate actively in Agile and Lean team ceremonies, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous collaboration.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in full-stack architectures such as Java, Python, C#, React, Node, or similar technologies.
- 1 to 3 years of experience using Cursor as a primary development environment to coordinate AI-driven implementation across large, multi-file systems while maintaining architectural oversight.
- Proven track record of delivering production software where AI generates most of the implementation code.
- Strong skills in context engineering, including the ability to structure codebases and documentation for effective AI output.
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into AI-friendly specifications.
- Experience designing AI-first workflows from specification through deployment.
- Capability to systematically improve AI-generated code through iteration and feedback.
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers in AI-enhanced environments.
- Familiarity with disciplined human-in-the-loop review and validation practices.
- Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies and Lean principles.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Completion of a four-year college degree.
- Positive mindset, strong initiative, and dedication to client goals.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week consistently.
- Authorization to work full-time in the country of the job posting without visa sponsorship (FullStack does not sponsor work visas).
