Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity) - Remote - India

Key Responsibilities
You will join our talent network and work as an Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity), collaborating directly with U.S.-based clients on flexible, project-based development assignments. This role involves integrating into client teams and partnering daily with their designers and engineers. You will be responsible for coordinating AI-driven implementation across complex, multi-file systems while maintaining architectural oversight. Delivering production software where AI generates the majority of the implementation code is central to this position. You will design AI-first development workflows, translate complex product requirements into AI-friendly specifications, and iteratively improve AI-generated output through structured feedback loops. Additionally, you will apply disciplined human-in-the-loop review practices, especially for high-impact or safety-critical flows, and work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure stacks in AI-accelerated environments. Active participation in Agile ceremonies and asynchronous teamwork is expected.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with strong knowledge of full-stack architectures such as Java, Python, C#, React, and Node.js.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience using Google Antigravity as a primary development environment to manage AI-driven code implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering production software where AI systems generate the majority of the codebase.
- Expertise in context engineering, including structuring codebases, specifications, and documentation to optimize AI output reliability.
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into machine-executable, AI-friendly specifications.
- Experience designing and deploying AI-first development workflows.
- Strong skills in systematically improving AI-generated code through iteration and feedback.
- Comfort working across multiple technology stacks to deliver high-quality, production-ready systems.
- Experience operating in frontend, backend, and infrastructure roles within AI-accelerated environments.
- Familiarity with disciplined human-in-the-loop review and risk-adjusted validation processes.
- Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies and Lean principles.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Completion of a four-year college degree.
- A positive, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to client goals.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
- Authorization to work full-time in the country of this job posting without visa sponsorship.
