We’re seeking a confident and presentable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and dealers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and dealers with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Ascertain visitor needs and direct them to the appropriate personnel

  • Schedule appointments upon request

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Groomed and presentable personality

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
