AGI GROUP is looking for a Marketing Specialist for its export division.
Requirements:
- Planning and developing marketing strategies for export market.
- Work closely with management and sales teams to deliver results on marketing programs
- Support marketing portal vendor management and marketing portals management.
- Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Coordinate with international customers and generate business.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scale.
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.
- Create, execute, and optimize direct-to-consumer marketing plans to ensure traffic goals are met for promotional online programs
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.
Other Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience exclusively in export textile market.
- Proven working experience in Export marketing and merchandising.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
- BS degree in Textile or related field
