Agile IT Tech over last seven years has trained and placed several hundred candidates in various IT Projects across US, Canada , Europe, and many other countries. There is a constant requirement to identify/develop sources for finding suitable placements/projects for consultants, we are expanding our recruiting and sales team to meet the market requirements.

Job Description

A full lifecycle of recruiting and sales responsibilities: take job requisition, write job description, write and post job ad, source, prescreen, interview candidates at all stages and talk to client and vendor representatives.

Serve as human resources business partner by establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring clients and vendors to partner on current and future hiring needs

Talk to / interview with potential hiring clients and vendors to find out for the candidate regarding job responsibility, technology/software/applications used in the Project, qualifications and skills required for the job.

Ability to provide/update technical resume/s up on understanding the experience of the consultant.

Strong communication and Written skills along with understanding of IT Projects.

Ability to think on feet along with attention to details.

Perform searches for qualified candidates using computer databases, Internet recruiting resources(CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed ZipRecruiter) cold calls, referrals, networking and social media

Prescreen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills to determine applicant suitability/qualifications

Verify candidate employment history, professional references and background checks (Sterling). Refer applicants to hiring managers within the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidate and hiring managers

Prescreen potential candidates for all types of various positions from entry level to C-level executives via phone and/or video communications Post employment opportunities online using various portals(ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Facebook, & Indeed) and reviewing applications from positions

Recruit talent in all parts on the US nationwide in various time zones

Format potential resumes and create writes up for clients for submissions

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates with bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. One / three years of experience as international sales / recruitment executive but not a must. Good command over written and spoken English, excellent communication skills
