Job Description

Candidates having Master’s Degree in HR with 3+ years of hands on experience of running a high volume payroll.

As a Junior Payroll Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• End to end payroll processing of permanent and contractual employees.

• Creating ad-hoc reports & analytics.

• Analyzing HR data.

• Vendor Management Experience:

• Experience with HR Reporting & Analytics

• Data science and affinity with HR

• Experience with HR systems

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience in complex and faced paced environment is a plus Personal skills:

• Analytical

• IT savvy

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Hands-on approach

• Decent communication skills.
