- Drive sales of dairy and feed additive products within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, dairy farmers, and feed mills.
- Train and manage field sales representatives to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular customer visits, farm meetings, and technical presentations.
- Organize farmer seminars, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge in collaboration with the technical team.
- Monitor credit control (25 days) and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Submit accurate area sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
