We are seeking a skilled HR Manager with expertise in the agricultural sector to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our agro-related organization. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts fairly and equitably.
- Manage Petty cash and vendor payments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management within the agro sector.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge about EFU, Vehicles Insurance, and Maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR manager in the agro sector or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to the agro-industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
