Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Upload all Lab results into patient charts on Physician Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
2. Request Lab authorizations from Insurance companies via Phone call or from their portal
3. Upload authorizations received into patient charts on physician EMRs
4. Faxes/Emails Results to Physician offices on an ongoing basis
5. Coordinates with Physician offices to confirm receipt of significant findings reports on an ongoing basis
6. Troubleshoots and resolves concerns in an effective and efficient manner.
7. Work on other job tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Excellent Written/spoken English proficiency is required
3. Proficient to expert use of Microsoft Office software
4. Ability to communicate clearly, both in listening and confirming the message received, and in relaying clearly all necessary information to ensure effective response.
5. Ability to focus on the task at-hand in a busy environment
6. 1 to 2 years’ experience in a call center setting
SKILLS
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Basic Web Browsing
Timings: Shifts (Night) (Full Time Position/ 5 days a week)
