Floor Incharge

Ahbab Sweet is seeking a motivated Floor Incharge to lead the production activities at our sweets and bakery manufacturing facility. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills to manage a team of five workers on the factory floor. The Floor Incharge is responsible for ensuring that daily production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality. The position demands a deep understanding of food production processes, especially in bakery and sweets manufacturing, to ensure consistency in taste and product quality. The successful candidate supervises worker performance, maintains floor discipline, and monitors stock movement to minimize wastage. They prepare daily attendance and production reports, using inventory management and Excel skills for efficient record-keeping. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the food production industry and who is committed to fostering a productive and safe working environment. The Floor Incharge contributes significantly to the overall success of the production team by driving operational excellence and adhering to quality control standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage, motivate, and monitor a team of five production workers, fostering a disciplined and cooperative environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and factory cleanliness to provide a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement daily production schedules aligned with business goals to meet targeted outputs.
- Ensure consistency in food taste, quality control, and exact recipe execution for bakery and sweets products.
- Oversee stock movement and inventory to prevent shortages and reduce product wastage.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory usage, and attendance through Excel and reporting tools.
- Enforce floor discipline and monitor employee attendance to uphold operational accountability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow and timely deliveries.
- Conduct periodic quality audits and process inspections to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Train new workers on production protocols, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
- Report production performance metrics and challenges to management regularly.
- Continually identify opportunities for workflow optimization and waste reduction.
