Responsibilities for Office Assistant:

  1. Greet visitors in a professional manner
  2. Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
  3. Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
  4. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

Qualifications for Office Assistant:

  1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate's degree preferred
  2. 1-2 years of relevant experience
  3. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
  4. Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  5. Strong attention to detail
  6. Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
