Job Description

We are looking for a telemarketing and office assistant candidate to communicate with clients and convince them to buy a product or service.

  • Give information to customers of company’s product, services and their prices.
  • Converting leads into customers.
  • Resolve the customer issues and guide them correctly.
  • Maintain the customer’s records and up to date on daily basis.
  • Take follow-up of previous customers for a potential sale.

Skills Required:

  • Power of convincing the customer
  • Good communications skills.
  • Patient, determined and motivated.
  • Computer skills.
  • Result-oriented approach.
