We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and laws, and preparing financial reports for management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and be highly detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and laws
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities as required
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
