Our company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide support to our sales team and help us achieve our revenue targets.
- The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, customers, and various departments within the company to ensure a seamless sales process.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales
- Provide support in creating sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Communicate with customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other events as required
- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field2+ years of experience in sales support or coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the industry preferred but not required
