We need someone who is highly motivated, can work independently and collaborate with the team to bring the designs to life and help keep us organized across the board.
We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time individual with a design background who will be the front line person in the company. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is highly organized, efficient and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- You will communicate with clients, coordinate deliveries and resolve client issues
- Assist clients in a professional and courteous manner with product information
- Must be detailed oriented, demonstrate a proactive approach, work with a strong sense of urgency and be extremely organized.
- Maintain a comprehensive and current knowledge of the industry and trends to provide insight and serve as a resource
- Assist with preparation of proposals
- Organize office and help create new systems to maintain organization
- Proficiently utilize email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive to maintain and create office files
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Preparing meeting minutes, reports, technical memoranda, and other communications, some being confidential, for professional and managerial staff review and action
- Working with Accounts Payable and Procurement to process and provide follow-up on vendor invoices, research issues, and resolve problems.
Prefer experience at an engineering or architectural firm.
