Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct outbound and inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Apply effective sales techniques to identify customer needs and present suitable products or services.
- Generate leads through proactive cold calling and follow-up strategies to expand the customer base.
- Support customers throughout their decision-making process by providing clear, accurate, and timely information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, updates, and transactions in the system.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet or exceed individual and collective sales performance targets consistently.
- Adhere strictly to company processes, communication guidelines, and quality standards during all interactions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to manage customer objections and resolve concerns promptly.
- Utilize basic computer skills to manage customer databases, update records, and prepare sales reports.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute positively to the work environment while supporting company goals.
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment by working scheduled evening shifts from 3 PM to 12 AM as required.
