We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Personnel with a strong background in the printing and packaging industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience and must excel in communication, sales techniques, and technical knowledge. A valid driving license is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our printing and packaging products and services.
- Identify and target potential clients within the industry.
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in the printing and packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of printing and packaging processes, materials, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical knowledge in printing and packaging is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
