AI Assisted Full Stack Developer

InnoSolve Business Solutions, a US-based finance and accounting firm with a delivery team in Lahore, is seeking a full-time Sage Intacct Dashboard & Reporting Specialist. This role involves leading reporting efforts for a US client across finance, operations, sales, and leadership functions. The specialist will serve as the primary reporting contact for the client, working during US Central Time hours. This position focuses on architectural design, translating business goals into technical specifications, directing AI-assisted development, and rigorously reviewing outputs rather than routine coding or ticket closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into clear architecture by collaborating with non-technical stakeholders. Identify ambiguities and edge cases early, then develop data models, workflows, screens, and implementation plans. Challenge unclear or impractical requests.
- Own and evolve the system architecture, including data models, module boundaries, API design, authorization schemes, and integration patterns. Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure system coherence as it scales.
- Direct AI agents by assigning well-defined tasks with appropriate context and acceptance criteria. Critically review AI-generated code and outputs with a demanding eye.
- Manage integration with core systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite, handling authentication, API strategies, data ownership, synchronization, error reconciliation, and performance issues. Enforce sandbox-to-production discipline.
- Develop front-end applications tailored to business workflows over ERP/CRM data, determining live vs. cached data, write permissions, and consistent authorization aligned with source systems.
- Conduct thorough and rapid code reviews to detect subtle errors, permission gaps, over-engineering, and unverified assumptions. Treat plausible code as unproven until behavior is validated.
- Verify application behavior by executing real workflows and confirming outcomes, not just reviewing code.
- Determine appropriate AI involvement, preserving deterministic and irreversible processes as human-reviewed, testable code. Treat AI outputs as drafts requiring confirmation.
- Take ownership of critical areas where AI is weakest, including deployment accuracy, security, authorization, data consistency, and quality control.
- Establish missing infrastructure, prioritizing the creation of an automated testing strategy.

Required Qualifications

- Strong full-stack expertise with the ability to fluently read and critically assess both frontend and backend code. Emphasis on judgment and quality over speed.
- Proficiency in modern component-based frontend development (hooks, routing, design systems) and CSS for theming accuracy.
- Backend service development experience, including API design, service boundaries, and state/data management.
- Skilled in relational data modeling and SQL, including schema design, migrations, parameterized queries, and handling sync failures.
- Experience designing APIs and integrations using REST, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, webhooks, polling, idempotency, and correlation.
- Practical knowledge of ERP/CRM integrations, specifically Salesforce and/or NetSuite, including API usage, authentication, governor limits, sandbox environments, and role/permission models.
- Ability to build front-ends that unify data from multiple external systems, managing read/write paths, caching, partial failures, and coherent user workflows.
- Deep understanding of authentication and authorization models enforced server-side, beyond UI-level restrictions.
- Expertise in web application security best practices, including session hardening, input validation, rate limiting, least-privilege access, secrets management, parameterized SQL, and audit trails.
- Practical DevOps skills covering deployment, reverse proxy, TLS, DNS, service management, backups, and distinguishing production code from source control.
- Sound judgment regarding the use of large language models (LLMs) in production environments, knowing when to incorporate or exclude AI-generated content.
- Exceptional code review skills, with a focus on rigor and thoroughness.

This role is not an AI/ML or data science position, nor is it suitable for junior engineers focused on ticket closure. It requires a senior-level engineer comfortable spanning the full stack and engaging deeply with both frontend and backend code. This is not a Salesforce or NetSuite administrator role, nor a project management position without technical review responsibilities.
