AI Automation & CRM Systems Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on AI Automation & CRM Systems Engineer to join our team full-time at our on-site location in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have practical experience building and maintaining automation systems, CRM workflows, and AI-driven tools using a variety of platforms and APIs. This role involves working with tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo, Vapi, Twilio, CallHippo, Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and AI coding tools to develop real, operational systems. You will be responsible for multiple projects spanning automation, CRM, AI, sales, and internal software systems. This is not a freelance or project-based position but a full-time commitment requiring collaboration and clear communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and optimize CRM workflows, sales pipelines, and automation systems.
- Integrate various tools including HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo, Vapi, Twilio, CallHippo, Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and other APIs.
- Develop lead-generation, enrichment, qualification, and follow-up workflows.
- Create AI-driven calling, call-summary, call-routing, and CRM-update automations.
- Design and maintain internal dashboards, admin panels, and operational tools.
- Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug APIs, webhooks, deployment issues, and workflow failures.
- Build frontend and backend features as required.
- Deploy and maintain fully functional systems.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with the team.
- Document workflows, setup procedures, and technical decisions thoroughly.

Required Qualifications

- Proven practical experience with automation tools, CRMs, APIs, and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or GoHighLevel platforms.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar.
- Experience working with calling and voice platforms like Vapi, Twilio, or CallHippo.
- Solid understanding of lead generation, sales automation, and CRM pipeline management.
- Ability to build, test, and debug end-to-end workflows.
- Competence in using AI coding tools effectively.
- Basic full-stack knowledge including frontend, backend, databases, and deployment processes.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate and report within a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, scraping, or data enrichment techniques.
- Background in building internal tools or SaaS dashboards.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Node.js, React, Next.js, Laravel, Python, Supabase, Firebase, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with GitHub and managing production deployments.
- Knowledge of building AI agents or AI voice workflows.
