AI Automation Developer

Mighty VA is looking for a full-time AI Automation Developer to join a focused team supporting CINCO Auto Insurance, a fast-growing U.S.-based insurance agency. This on-site position is located in Karachi’s Federal B Area and requires working night shifts aligned with U.S. Central Time (7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from March to November, and 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. from November to March), six days a week. The successful candidate will work closely with the CINCO AI Automation Team Lead based in Texas to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation systems that optimize core business processes across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI automation pipelines using LangGraph and large language models such as OpenAI and OpenRouter, including building agents, prompts, and orchestration workflows.
- Create browser automation scripts with Playwright to interact with insurance carrier portals, vendor systems, and various data sources.
- Build and maintain backend services and data pipelines using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis integrations.
- Integrate third-party APIs including Google Sheets, ClickUp, and insurance carrier/vendor platforms to streamline workflows.
- Manage Dockerized services from code commit through production deployment, ensuring logging, monitoring, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with the team lead to plan, develop, and deploy features across multiple internal products used daily by CINCO’s U.S. teams.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements that impact automation capabilities and customer communications.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Practical experience building LLM-based automation pipelines or agents using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
- Proficiency with browser automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium, particularly on complex, real-world websites.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, preferably with FastAPI.
- Strong SQL skills, especially with PostgreSQL databases.
- Comfortable using Git for version control and Docker for containerization.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for effective collaboration with U.S.-based team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience or strong interest in the insurance industry, particularly auto insurance, with the ability to quickly adapt to regulated environments.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js, and backend services like Supabase.
- Knowledge of Redis, Elasticsearch, and cloud deployment platforms such as Render, Vercel, or Docker Compose.
- Proven ability to automate production workflows at scale, with practical insights gained from real-world challenges.

This role offers ownership of critical automation systems actively used across 11 U.S. states, providing meaningful impact beyond prototypes.
