AI Automation Engineer (Code & No-Code)

Ozone Limited is looking for an AI Automation Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience, though fresh graduates with relevant projects and strong technical fundamentals are also encouraged to apply. This full-time, on-site position involves designing and implementing intelligent workflows, integrating AI models, and automating business processes through both coding and no-code/low-code platforms. The ideal candidate will be curious, technically motivated, and eager to explore AI technologies, API integrations, and practical automation solutions that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows.
- Build automations using platforms such as n8n, Make, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Integrate AI models and large language model (LLM) APIs into business applications and workflows.
- Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated customer support tools.
- Connect third-party applications through REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols.
- Implement custom automation logic using Python or JavaScript when necessary.
- Work with structured data, databases, and external services to enhance automation capabilities.
- Explore advanced AI concepts including AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow orchestration.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.
- Document workflows clearly and collaborate with team members to identify new automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON data format, webhooks, and HTTP requests.
- Familiarity with at least one automation platform such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Basic knowledge of AI models, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
- Ability to connect multiple applications and automate multi-step workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to experiment and learn.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, vector databases, AI agents, CRM automation, and database integrations is a plus.
- Candidates with personal projects demonstrating automation workflows, chatbots, or AI integrations will be highly regarded.
- Practical skills and the ability to deliver working solutions are valued more than formal certifications.
- The position offers a starting salary from Rs 50,000 per month.
- The role is on-site, providing hands-on collaboration opportunities within the team.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
