AI Automation Engineer (Code & No-Code)

Ozone Limited is seeking a motivated AI Automation Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience, though fresh graduates with relevant skills and projects are welcome to apply. This full-time, on-site role involves designing and implementing intelligent workflows by integrating AI models and automating business processes using both coding and no-code/low-code platforms. The ideal candidate will be curious, technically adept, and eager to experiment with AI technologies, APIs, and automation tools to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows.
- Build automations using platforms such as n8n, Make, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Integrate AI models and large language model (LLM) APIs into business applications and workflows.
- Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated customer support solutions.
- Connect third-party applications through REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols.
- Write custom automation logic using Python or JavaScript when necessary.
- Work with structured data, databases, and external services to enhance workflows.
- Explore advanced AI concepts including AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow orchestration.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.
- Document workflows clearly and collaborate with team members to identify new automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and HTTP request mechanisms.
- Familiarity with at least one automation platform such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Foundational knowledge of AI models, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to connect multiple applications and automate complex workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to experiment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, vector databases, AI agents, CRM automation, and database integrations is a plus.
- Candidates with personal projects demonstrating automation workflows, AI integrations, or chatbot development are highly encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Practical skills and the ability to deliver working solutions are valued more than formal certifications.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs. 50,000 per month.
