AI Automation Engineer (Remote)

Zynvex Solutions is seeking a dedicated AI Automation Engineer to join our global team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven automation solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability across various systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop automation scripts, integrate tools, and configure control systems, ensuring high reliability and technical excellence. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes for automation opportunities, troubleshooting technical challenges, monitoring system performance, and documenting best practices to support ongoing robotics and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation systems and frameworks.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify and implement automation improvements.
- Integrate automation scripts and tools with control systems to optimize workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI, automation, and control systems.
- Collaborate with global teams using online tools to deploy and maintain AI-based solutions.
- Monitor system performance and refine algorithms to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Document system architectures, standards, and best practices for automation projects.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in automation and robotics, including the design and integration of automated systems.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering and Process Control, with the ability to interpret schematics and configure controllers.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving issues in AI, automation, and control environments.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and proficiency in scripting languages like Python.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, PLCs, SCADA, or similar control platforms is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing priorities and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills focused on reliability, security, and safety in automated systems.
