AI Automation Expert (AI Implementation Specialist)

We are looking for a skilled AI Automation Expert to join our team on a contract or freelance basis, with the possibility of ongoing work. This remote role involves integrating advanced AI tools into our law firm’s workflows to enhance efficiency, automate reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities. The successful candidate will have practical experience with AI platforms such as Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT, along with a strong background in AI agents, APIs, and business process automation. Your expertise will help streamline communication, financial analysis, and case management through seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Integrate personal and firm email accounts with AI-powered assistants to improve communication efficiency.
- Set up automation for SMS and WhatsApp messaging to facilitate timely client and internal interactions.
- Connect AI tools with SharePoint, Excel files, and Microsoft 365 applications to optimize document and data management.
- Integrate accounting platforms with AI systems to enhance financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Explore and implement integrations with SmartAdvocate to enable efficient case lookups and management.
- Build automated reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for the firm.
- Develop AI-driven solutions to identify expenses and recommend cost-effective alternatives, supporting budget optimization.
- Ensure all integrations are secure and maintain the confidentiality of firm and client information.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI automations within real-world business environments.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools including Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT.
- Strong understanding of APIs, workflow automation, and system integration techniques.
- Experience working with SharePoint, Excel, messaging platforms, and financial systems.
- Proven problem-solving skills supported by a portfolio of completed AI automation projects.
