The AI Automation Specialist role is a full-time remote position focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. The specialist will analyze business workflows to identify automation opportunities and develop AI-driven scripts, bots, or tools that support both internal teams and clients. This role requires building and maintaining test cases, conducting quality assurance on automation workflows, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable performance and scalability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to gather requirements, document solutions, and provide ongoing support, training, and enhancements. The specialist will also monitor system performance, stay updated on emerging AI and automation tools, and recommend improvements aligned with best practices and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
