AI Automations Engineer

We are seeking an AI Automations Engineer to join our team in a hybrid, full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be based in Lahore or willing to work from there, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM PKT. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 250,000 to 300,000. With 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining practical automation workflows that enhance internal operations, marketing, and growth initiatives. This position is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone passionate about solving real business challenges through automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Integrate various APIs, CRMs, marketing tools, and internal systems to streamline processes.
- Develop scripts in Python or JavaScript as needed to support automation tasks.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize existing automation workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with operations and growth teams to identify new automation opportunities that drive business value.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automation or backend workflow development.
- Hands-on experience with no-code or low-code automation tools.
- Basic to intermediate programming skills, with a preference for Python.
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability and performance in automation solutions.
