Edversity, an EdTech company under the Rapidev Group of Companies, offers practical, industry-aligned learning programs designed to equip graduates and professionals with job-ready skills in emerging technologies. The AI Automations program is an intensive, hands-on weekend course spanning four weeks, where learners progress from automation fundamentals to building and deploying AI-powered workflows and agents for real business applications. Each participant completes a capstone automation project that can be showcased to employers or applied in their own work. The Lead Instructor will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of this program, including finalizing the curriculum, teaching weekend sessions, guiding hands-on labs, and assessing capstone projects. The ideal candidate is a practitioner with real-world automation experience who can communicate complex concepts effectively to both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum and Content: Finalize the curriculum, weekly learning outcomes, and session plans in collaboration with the Edversity academic team. Prepare comprehensive teaching materials such as slides, demo workflows, lab exercises, templates, and reference documents. Design practical use cases spanning HR, sales, marketing, operations, customer support, and finance. Continuously update content to reflect the latest AI tools, model advancements, and automation best practices.
Teaching and Delivery: Conduct all Saturday and Sunday sessions punctually throughout the program. Teach core automation concepts including triggers, actions, APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data mapping. Demonstrate workflow creation using no-code and low-code platforms like n8n, Make, and Zapier. Instruct on prompt engineering and integrating large language models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into workflows. Guide learners in developing AI agents, chatbots, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) assistants connected to business tools. Facilitate live, hands-on labs while adapting the pace to accommodate varying skill levels.
Learner Support and Assessment: Oversee capstone projects where learners automate real business processes end-to-end. Design and grade weekly assignments, quizzes, and final projects using clear rubrics. Respond to learner queries during sessions and through program communication channels between weekends. Monitor attendance, progress, and engagement, providing additional support to learners as needed.
Program Quality and Coordination: Collaborate with the Edversity program team on scheduling, learner communication, and logistics. Ensure lab environments, tool accounts, and API access are prepared before each session. Promote responsible AI usage, emphasizing data privacy, credential security, and human oversight of AI outputs. Deliver a concise end-of-program report detailing learner outcomes and recommendations for future improvements.

Proficiency in prompt engineering and integrating large language models into business workflows is expected. Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or RAG systems is required, along with working knowledge of Python and basic JavaScript for custom logic. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu are essential, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certifications in platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform, or cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are advantageous. Experience as a freelancer or agency owner delivering automation projects and familiarity with course or bootcamp design for professionals is a plus. Knowledge of automation use cases in HR, sales, marketing, and customer support is beneficial.
The position offers competitive hourly compensation based on experience, paid at the end of the program or as per contract terms. The role is contractual for the current cohort, with potential renewal based on performance and learner feedback. This is an excellent opportunity to shape Edversity’s AI Automations program from its inception, engage with motivated learners, and explore long-term involvement in future cohorts and AI initiatives.
