We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop chatbots and AI agents tailored for various client needs. These solutions will support lead qualification, respond to customer inquiries, and streamline internal workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating conversational agents that engage users naturally while integrating seamlessly with client systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and train chatbots or AI agents for client-facing platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, or client websites.
- Develop conversation flows that accurately reflect each client’s unique brand voice and tone.
- Integrate chatbot outputs with customer relationship management (CRM) tools or lead tracking systems to ensure smooth data flow.
- Continuously test and refine conversation flows using real interaction data to improve performance and user experience.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support for chatbots post-launch to address any issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in building chatbots or AI agents using platforms like Manychat, Voiceflow, or custom-built solutions.
- Strong ability to write conversational copy that feels natural and engaging, avoiding robotic or scripted language.
- Competence in diagnosing and resolving issues when conversation flows break or behave unexpectedly during live interactions.
- Basic understanding of lead qualification processes and logic to effectively guide users through relevant workflows.
