We are seeking an experienced AI Co-Pilot Architect to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have around 10 years of experience with strong expertise in Java and Python. This role involves designing, architecting, and implementing AI-powered co-pilot solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise applications and workflows. The architect will play a critical role in defining scalable system architectures, developing microservices, and integrating AI/ML models to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect AI-driven co-pilot solutions aligned with enterprise needs.
- Develop scalable, distributed microservices using Java and Python.
- Integrate AI/ML models, including large language models and recommendation systems, into existing workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Lead implementation efforts, conduct code and architecture reviews, and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve solution capabilities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Mentor and guide development teams in AI technologies, Java, and Python to foster technical growth.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive backend engineering experience with Java and Python, including designing scalable and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts such as natural language processing, large language models, and recommendation engines.
- Proven experience integrating AI services or APIs into enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and cloud-native development on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with data engineering fundamentals, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and secure third-party integrations.
- Demonstrated leadership in technical initiatives, including conducting code reviews and mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, automated testing frameworks, and performance tuning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Approximately 10 years of professional experience in software development or solution architecture, preferably with AI-driven products or digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
