The AI Content Creator and Generative AI Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore District. This role centers on designing, generating, and refining AI-driven content across various formats such as web copy, product descriptions, knowledge base articles, marketing materials, and in-app guidance related to compliance workflows. The specialist will develop AI prompts, fine-tune models or workflows, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure content accuracy, user focus, and alignment with the brand voice.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and interpret complex compliance topics to create clear, user-friendly content.
- Design, generate, and refine AI-assisted content using generative AI tools including large language models and image or workflow generators.
- Develop and maintain content templates, style guidelines, and reusable assets to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product features, marketing strategies, and customer needs.
- Test, iterate, and optimize AI-generated outputs based on user feedback and performance analytics.
- Monitor content performance using data and analytics tools to inform continuous improvements.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives related to AI content creation and compliance communication within the company.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in AI-assisted content creation, prompt engineering, and working with generative AI technologies.
- Strong skills in digital content production, including copywriting, editing, and structuring content for web, product, and knowledge bases.
- Ability to research and simplify complex subjects such as compliance, regulation, or SaaS operations into accessible language.
- Familiarity with content strategy, UX writing principles, and the development of reusable templates and style guides.
- Competence in using basic data and analytics tools to measure content effectiveness and guide iterative enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore District and engage closely with cross-functional teams.
