Our client is looking for a creative and innovative AI Content Creator with expertise in image and video production to join their dynamic team. This role combines proficiency in AI tools with traditional design and editing skills to produce visually compelling, high-quality content that aligns with brand goals and platform-specific needs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in exploring new AI technologies, optimizing content workflows, and delivering cutting-edge visuals that engage audiences across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality images and videos using AI tools such as MidJourney, Runway, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, GPT, and VEO3.
- Convert raw ideas and concepts into visually appealing, brand-consistent content tailored for various platforms.
- Edit and refine AI-generated content using industry-standard design and video editing software.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts that meet client objectives.
- Create and optimize diverse content formats including Reels, Shorts, Posts, Thumbnails, product images, website visuals, animated content, and commercials.
- Stay updated on emerging AI content trends and test new tools to improve production quality.
- Balance AI-driven creativity with independent design expertise to produce unique and original content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for engagement and campaign performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in content creation, with at least 1 year focused on AI-generated visuals.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, aesthetics, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in video editing software like After Effects and CapCut, along with design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools including MidJourney, Runway, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, VEO3, GPT, and NanoBanana.
- Excellent editing skills to polish and enhance AI-generated content.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and current trends.
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics such as engagement rates and click-through rates (CTR).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Availability to work remotely following Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) with core hours from 4 PM to 1 AM PKT, with some flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time remote position offering a monthly salary range of Rs100,000 to Rs200,000. Candidates should be prepared to provide current and expected salary details along with a portfolio showcasing relevant work. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
