Key Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of AI-driven content creation and management, including developing and maintaining AI avatars, presenters, and recurring characters with consistent voice and visual identity. You will design and oversee content generation workflows that transform concepts into polished images, videos, and social media posts, selecting the best tools for each stage. Creative direction will be a core part of your role, setting standards for hooks, thumbnails, scripts, and story structure to ensure all content meets high-quality benchmarks.

Building scalable pipelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) is essential, enabling team members to execute workflows independently. You will actively explore new AI models, tools, and content formats, rapidly testing and presenting actionable ideas with working examples. Collaboration with leadership, marketing, and creative teams is critical to align content with brand guidelines and compliance requirements specific to financial services.

Your day-to-day tasks include producing AI-generated multimedia content that captures attention, writing compelling hooks, scripts, captions, and headlines, and developing recurring content formats rather than one-off posts. You will leverage AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Meta Muse, and Perplexity for research, ideation, drafting, and refinement, understanding the strengths of each tool.

You will lead projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision, proactively identifying risks and iterating based on performance analytics. Sharing your AI expertise to elevate the team’s skills, documenting workflows, and maintaining brand consistency across all outputs will be ongoing priorities.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have 4 to 5+ years of experience in content creation, creative production, or digital media, with a proven record of delivering completed projects. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills are essential—you should be able to craft narratives with the creativity and polish of a seasoned producer without relying solely on AI-generated text.

Deep fluency in AI tools, including hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Meta Muse, and Perplexity, is required, along with specialist skills in AI avatar creation and multimedia content generation (image, video, voice). A portfolio demonstrating this expertise is necessary.

Strong instincts for narrative structure, hooks, and clear, on-brand writing are critical. Technical proficiency in advanced prompting, multi-tool workflows, automation, and troubleshooting is expected. Experience designing and documenting content pipelines and SOPs is also important.

Candidates must have an AI-native working style, treating AI as an integral part of their workflow and continuously learning as tools evolve. Demonstrated ownership and initiative in leading projects and making independent decisions are required. Experience working in startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience with Higgsfield for AI video, image, and avatar generation is a plus. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Firefly will be advantageous, as will proficiency with Canva for quick layouts and social media templates.

Additional skills in video editing, motion graphics, or sound design are beneficial. Knowledge of finance, investing, or regulated-industry content is desirable. Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools or light scripting will also strengthen your candidacy.
