AI Creative Producer

NaskSoft is seeking two hands-on AI Creative Producers to join our team, supporting both our brands and agency clients. Each producer will take full ownership of their projects from inception to completion, including research, idea development, scripting, AI content generation, editing, and refinement. These roles are equal in standing, with each producer managing their own briefs while collaborating and learning alongside one another.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to understand customer needs and develop compelling hooks and scripts.
- Generate and refine AI-created images and videos to meet project goals.
- Edit completed advertisements and social media videos to ensure quality and engagement.
- Utilize feedback and performance results to continuously improve subsequent versions of content.

Required Qualifications
- Practical, hands-on experience with AI image or video generation tools; experience limited to AI text or script writing alone is insufficient.
- Proficiency in video editing techniques and software.
- Strong visual sensibility, clear storytelling ability, and meticulous attention to product accuracy.
- Capability to articulate and justify creative decisions effectively.
- A proactive learner who independently explores new tools and hones skills.
- Experience can include personal, university, or freelance projects; extensive professional experience is not mandatory.

Applicants are invited to submit their CV along with three work samples. At least two samples must showcase AI-generated visuals or videos, and one must be a fully edited finished video. For each sample, please specify your role and the tools used. Additionally, include your expected monthly salary in PKR and your earliest availability to start.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an interview followed by a two-hour practical assessment. All necessary tools and credits for the assessment will be provided.
