PNY Trainings is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced AI & Data Science + Agentic AI Instructor to provide practical, project-focused training in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The role involves delivering hands-on sessions that equip students with the skills needed to excel in these rapidly evolving fields.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite lectures combined with practical, hands-on training sessions.
- Teach Python programming specifically tailored for AI and Data Science applications.
- Train students in essential libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Cover data preprocessing techniques, exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistics, and feature engineering.
- Explain core Machine Learning algorithms and guide students through model development.
- Introduce concepts of Deep Learning and neural networks.
- Provide instruction on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and practical AI applications.
- Explain Agentic AI concepts including AI agents, tools, workflows, memory, and autonomous task execution.
- Guide students in building AI-powered agents and automation workflows.
- Teach the use of APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, tool/function calling, and relevant AI frameworks.
- Develop and supervise real-world AI and Data Science projects.
- Assist students in creating AI portfolios and practical project work.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student progress regularly.
- Continuously update course content to reflect the latest advancements in AI technologies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or teaching in these fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on practical experience with AI/ML and Data Science projects.
- Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Model applications.
- Practical understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-agent workflows.
- Familiarity with APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or AI automation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage students.
- A portfolio of relevant projects or practical work will be considered a strong advantage.

Compensation
The position offers a daily rate ranging from Rs1,800 to Rs2,000.

Work Location
This is an in-person role based at Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore.
