AI & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECT MANAGER

DynamicAI Nexus is seeking an experienced AI & Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI combined with proven project management skills, capable of managing projects from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and delivery. This role requires fluency in both French and English and offers the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AI and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee the design, development, integration, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to projects involving Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and intelligent automation.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable project plans.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within quality standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through AI and digital technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in AI engineering, AI solution development, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Engineering Degree or Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing AI solutions from concept through production.
- Strong expertise in Computer Vision and practical knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
- Proven project management skills including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
