AI Engineer – Data & Analysis

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer specializing in Data and Analysis to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering or related fields and possess hands-on experience with data pipelines, AI-driven analytics, and dashboard development. This role involves working closely with data to build scalable AI products and insightful analytics tools, ensuring data quality and accessibility across teams. The position requires an individual who is adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of leveraging modern AI and data technologies to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouse schemas, and vector stores that support AI products and analytics initiatives.
- Develop live dashboards and automated reporting solutions using BI tools or custom web applications, incorporating scheduled data refreshes and alerting mechanisms.
- Conduct AI-driven analysis on content, audience, and social data to identify patterns, trends, and sentiment automatically.
- Create agentic workflows for content analysis and generation, including agents that monitor feeds, tag content, and trigger insights autonomously.
- Manage data quality, validation, lineage, and access control, ensuring clean datasets are exposed via APIs for team-wide use.
- Instrument products with event analytics and define key metrics to measure return on investment (ROI).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and data handling tasks.
- Experience in building dashboards and reports from raw data to support business insights.
- Familiarity with APIs and Git for data integration and version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new data and AI tools as needed.
