AI Engineer Internee

Elexoft Technologies is seeking a motivated and passionate AI Engineer Intern to join their Artificial Intelligence and Software Development team. This full-time internship offers a valuable opportunity for talented fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience working on real-world AI projects. The role involves developing practical engineering skills while collaborating with an experienced software development team in an on-site environment. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate AI-powered features into web and mobile applications.
- Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI APIs, and other AI platforms.
- Build AI chatbots, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Explore and utilize frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Hugging Face.
- Use Python and AI/ML libraries to develop, test, and refine AI solutions.
- Integrate AI models with REST APIs, databases, and existing software systems.
- Work with vector databases and embedding models to enable semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Research emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with developers to implement, test, debug, and optimize AI-powered applications.
- Write clean, maintainable code and document technical implementations thoroughly.

Required Qualifications

- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python programming.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, and backend fundamentals.
- Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/GitHub and general software development principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn independently.
- Genuine interest in building practical AI applications and experimenting with new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working with OpenAI APIs or other LLM providers.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
