AI / Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI / Full Stack Engineer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern web development, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and Multi-Tenant SaaS architecture. This role requires hands-on experience in building production-ready AI and software solutions, along with strong problem-solving abilities and B2-level English communication skills. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the position involves working the evening shift from our office location.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Build and integrate RAG-based AI systems and Agentic AI solutions.
- Develop APIs and backend services primarily using Python, FastAPI, and Node.js.
- Work extensively with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, MCP, and Vector Databases.
- Architect and maintain Multi-Tenant SaaS platforms ensuring scalability and security.
- Manage backend infrastructure including PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance for production environments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Full Stack technologies.
- Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python programming.
- Practical experience with RAG systems, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and related AI tools.
- Solid understanding of Vector Databases and AI application architectures.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern AI development frameworks.
- Experience in designing or working with Multi-Tenant SaaS applications.
- Good knowledge of DevOps fundamentals, deployment processes, and scalable application architecture.
- Strong communication skills in English at B2 level or above.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period.

This is a fully onsite role requiring candidates to work from the office during the evening shift.
