We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive (Junior) with prior experience in HR activities to join our team and manage all Human Resource Service functions. This position requires an experienced and ambitious self-starter who possesses excellent written/spoken English language skills. You will be managing the company’s learning and development, and employee performance programs and implementation, who is capable of multitasking, time management capabilities.
A candidate Should be a graduate (Preferably MBA)
At Least 1 years of HR experience
Good Communication Skills,
Computer Proficient (MS Office use a must)
Ability to work under pressure.
Must be proactive
Must have knowledge of Technical Recruitment
Age Limit: 22years - 30years
Create cultural awareness, social responsibility among staff.
Resolve staff accommodation issues.
Create company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment.
Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions.
Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department
keep the workplace fun and engaging.
Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.
