AI Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

Enum Digital, an AI-first performance marketing and growth systems agency based in Dubai, is seeking an AI Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to join their Karachi office on a full-time, onsite basis. This role offers a salary range of PKR 120,000 to 180,000 per month, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and be ready to join immediately. This position is not a traditional digital marketing role; it requires a strong focus on leveraging AI to independently execute and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize AI tools to conduct market and competitor research, build and optimize campaigns, generate ad copy and creatives, analyze data, and automate repetitive marketing tasks.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Lead app marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts for Propi, an AI-powered real estate content application, including keyword research, metadata optimization, creative testing, and paid user acquisition.
- Implement advanced SEO strategies, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), to improve search visibility and brand authority.
- Build and modify websites and landing pages using AI-assisted development tools, with skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and Framer.
- Accelerate creative production using AI tools like Canva AI, Midjourney, and Runway for static and video ads, social content, and performance creative testing.
- Ensure accurate tracking, analytics, and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tools to base campaign decisions on reliable data.
- Develop AI-powered reporting and dashboards to automate weekly and monthly performance analysis, insights, and budget recommendations.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows connecting ads, landing pages, CRM, AI systems, and sales processes using platforms like Make.com, n8n, and Zapier.
- Conduct AI-driven research and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and document repeatable workflows and SOPs using tools such as Notion and ClickUp.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of conversion tracking and SEO.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools beyond basic prompting for real marketing execution.
- Proven capability to independently research, build, launch, and optimize campaigns.
- Eagerness to learn and apply emerging AI technologies in marketing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
