AI Instructor (3 Month Contract)

Edversity, a part of the Rapidev Group of Companies, is seeking an AI Instructor for a 3-month onsite contract position based in Faisalabad. This role involves delivering practical, industry-focused IT training through physical classes aimed at preparing young individuals for careers and freelancing opportunities in technology. The instructor will teach Artificial Intelligence skills ranging from Python fundamentals to building Generative AI applications. The position requires leading daily lectures and hands-on labs, guiding trainees through real AI projects to help them build strong portfolios. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and practical lab sessions following the approved curriculum.
- Simplify complex AI concepts into clear, manageable steps suitable for trainees with no prior AI experience.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, slides, notebooks, assignments, and quizzes.
- Guide trainees through mini-projects and a final capstone project to demonstrate their learning.
- Monitor attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees needing extra help.
- Continuously update course materials to incorporate the latest AI tools and suggest improvements.
- Advise trainees on building portfolios, maintaining GitHub profiles, and exploring job or freelancing opportunities.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML or AI application development.
- Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn; working knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.
- Hands-on experience with large language model APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks, and vector databases.
- Experience deploying at least one AI model or application in a real-world environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners and helping them build confidence.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
