AI Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated AI Instructor to join our full-time, onsite team. We specialize in delivering practical, industry-focused IT training through physical classes aimed at equipping young individuals with the skills needed for careers and freelancing in technology. In this role, you will teach Artificial Intelligence from foundational Python programming to advanced Generative AI applications. Your primary responsibility will be to lead daily classes and labs, guiding trainees—many of whom are fresh graduates or beginners with limited practical experience—through real AI projects that will enhance their portfolios and prepare them for the job market.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and hands-on lab sessions following the approved curriculum.
- Simplify complex AI concepts into practical, easy-to-understand steps suitable for trainees with no prior AI background.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, slides, notebooks, assignments, and quizzes to support learning objectives.
- Mentor trainees through mini-projects and a final capstone project to consolidate their skills.
- Monitor attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program management team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who require extra help to keep pace with the course.
- Continuously update course materials to incorporate the latest AI tools and recommend improvements.
- Advise trainees on building portfolios, managing GitHub profiles, and exploring job or freelancing opportunities.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to maintain high training standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML or AI application development.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn; working knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.
- Practical experience with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks, and vector databases.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy at least one AI model or application in a real-world setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners and helping them build confidence.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Relevant certifications such as TensorFlow Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or AWS Machine Learning Specialist.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
