AI Intern

Infigo Solutions, a software development company specializing in AI development, MVP/product creation, custom software solutions, and staff augmentation, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about Artificial Intelligence. The company works closely with startups and businesses to create cutting-edge technology products and AI-powered solutions. This internship provides hands-on experience by involving interns in real-world AI projects, allowing them to develop practical skills and collaborate with experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and testing of AI-powered applications and features. Learn and work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Support the integration of AI APIs such as OpenAI and other LLM platforms. Utilize Python and AI/ML libraries to build simple AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation workflows. Help develop and maintain knowledge bases and RAG pipelines. Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of AI applications. Conduct research on emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies. Collaborate closely with senior developers and AI engineers on practical projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field. Basic programming skills, preferably in Python. Fundamental understanding of APIs, databases, and software development concepts. Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and LLM technologies. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Eagerness to learn new technologies quickly. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with OpenAI or other LLM APIs is advantageous. Basic knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a plus. Experience with AI Agents or AI automation is beneficial. Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools will be considered an asset. Basic understanding of version control systems like Git/GitHub is preferred. Academic or personal projects related to AI/ML will strengthen the application.

Interns will gain practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs, AI Agents and agentic workflows, RAG and knowledge bases, AI chatbots and virtual assistants, prompt engineering, AI API integration, Python for AI development, AI automation, and real-world AI product development. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on meaningful projects rather than theoretical exercises, providing valuable exposure to modern AI technologies under the guidance of experienced software developers and AI engineers.

There is potential to contribute to both startup and enterprise-level projects, and based on performance, interns may be considered for full-time employment after the internship period. The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from Rs10,000 to Rs15,000 and requires in-person attendance at the company’s location.
