AI-Led Digital Marketing Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies, is seeking a dedicated AI-Led Digital Marketing Instructor to join its team in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. This full-time, onsite role involves delivering practical, industry-focused IT training to prepare young individuals for careers and freelancing opportunities in technology. The successful candidate will lead daily classes and live campaign labs, teaching trainees how to plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns using the latest AI tools. The goal is to equip beginners with the skills needed to effectively market real businesses online.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs following the approved curriculum.
- Teach practical, results-oriented digital marketing to trainees with little or no prior experience.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentation slides, campaign briefs, assignments, and quizzes.
- Conduct live campaign labs and oversee the final capstone projects.
- Continuously update course content to reflect new AI marketing tools and platform changes.
- Monitor attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Provide additional support sessions for trainees who need extra help.
- Guide trainees on building freelancing profiles, portfolios, and job applications.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to maintain quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an agency, brand, or freelance setting.
- Proven ability to run Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and Google Search Console.
- Daily practical use of generative AI tools in marketing activities.
- Experience with GA4 and campaign performance reporting.
- Confident presenter fluent in English and Urdu, with patience and skill in teaching beginners.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are highly desirable.
- A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns with clear metrics like ROAS, traffic growth, or lead generation.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles.
