AI Mobile Application Engineer

We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our software development team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, along with expertise in real-time communication, REST API integration, push notifications, audio streaming, and secure authentication. The ideal developer will follow clean architecture principles and deliver maintainable, production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build real-time chat features utilizing WebSockets, including reconnection and offline message handling.
- Implement one-to-one and group messaging with sent, delivered, and read status indicators.
- Integrate LiveKit/WebRTC for real-time voice communication and audio streaming.
- Connect REST APIs using Dio or http packages.
- Implement JWT-based authentication, including token refresh and secure token storage.
- Integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) for push notifications.
- Enable notification deep linking to navigate users to appropriate screens.
- Develop file upload/download functionality with progress tracking, cancellation, and resume support.
- Implement direct cloud uploads using S3 or MinIO presigned URLs.
- Handle microphone recording, permissions, and real-time audio streaming.
- Adhere to clean architecture by maintaining clear separation between UI, business logic, and data layers.
- Write maintainable, testable, and production-ready code.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Flutter development.
- At least one published mobile application available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong proficiency in Dart, including asynchronous programming, streams, and isolates.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod or Bloc.
- Solid understanding of clean architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with WebSockets and real-time communication.
- Proficiency in integrating REST APIs using Dio or http.
- Knowledge of JWT authentication, refresh tokens, and secure token storage.
- Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs).
- Familiarity with mobile audio recording and streaming.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS permissions and platform-specific differences.

Security Experience

- Experience with iOS Keychain and Android Keystore for secure data handling.
- Implementation of biometric authentication methods such as fingerprint and Face ID.
- Knowledge of screenshot protection techniques.
- Secure management of local data, including clearing sensitive information upon logout.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development.

- Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger and generating Dart API clients.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000.
