AI Native Motion Artist (Pakistan, Remote)

GrowthAssistant is seeking an AI Native Motion Artist to join a venture-backed AI voice and audio technology company focused on scaling its creative and marketing content. This role involves transforming AI-generated stills, Figma files, and screen captures into polished, high-quality product launch and feature highlight videos. The ideal candidate will combine screen recordings with motion design to create engaging, visually compelling content that showcases product features with cinematic polish. Key Responsibilities
- Produce 15–60 second product launch and feature highlight videos that blend screen recordings with motion design elements such as animated cursors, custom transitions, UI callouts, and polished effects layered on actual product UI.
- Utilize Figma files, UI screenshots, and screen captures to craft motion pieces that highlight product features intentionally and professionally.
- Convert AI-generated still images and clips into visually engaging video content, animating stills into motion and sequencing shots with strong pacing and rhythm.
- Apply cinematic motion techniques, transitions, and timing to ensure content feels deliberate and high-end rather than auto-generated.
- Rapidly iterate across concepts and formats, working primarily from AI-generated assets rather than original footage.
- Maintain a consistent quality standard across all published video templates and finished pieces.

Required Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/product launch videos that integrate screen recordings with motion design, including animated cursors, custom fade-ins, UI callouts, and frame rate styling.
- Excellent video editing and motion design skills, with a keen sense of pacing, sequencing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with AI video and image-to-video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Adobe, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working primarily from AI-generated stills, Figma files, and screen captures instead of live footage.
- Experience with traditional editing and finishing tools like Premiere, CapCut, and After Effects.
- Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
