AI Performance Marketer

We are seeking an experienced AI Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our paid acquisition efforts at Quality Resource Pvt Ltd, based in Gulberg, Lahore. This full-time role requires managing end-to-end paid campaigns across multiple platforms while leveraging AI tools to automate and enhance performance. The position demands a hands-on marketer who goes beyond basic campaign management to drive profitable growth using advanced media buying skills combined with AI-driven automation. This is an onsite role with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and OpenAI Ads within ChatGPT.
- Automate workflows, reporting, and campaign management using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or n8n, maintaining strategic oversight as the “human in the loop.”
- Take full ownership of the marketing funnel by managing GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), tracking pixels, and attribution models, including making landing page adjustments and system integrations.
- Optimize commercial metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), budgets, and bidding strategies, utilizing CRM and offline conversion data to focus on lead quality and ROI rather than just volume.
- Develop and execute structured A/B testing programs for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations while innovating within search and social strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in direct-response, lead generation, or high-value customer acquisition.
- Proven expertise managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and ChatGPT Ads, with a track record of measurable results.
- Proficiency in using AI tools daily for content creation, data analysis, and workflow automation.
- Strong technical knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution models, and integrating media platforms with CRM and offline conversion tracking.
- A testing-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous experimentation and commercial optimization.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deliver results without extensive supervision.
