AI Product Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of the entire product delivery lifecycle, converting raw and often ambiguous requirements into production-ready software through rigorous validation and testing.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered product features from start to finish, ensuring rapid delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
- Utilize AI coding tools and agentic pipelines, including platforms like Claude and Codex, to prototype, iterate, and deliver software efficiently by orchestrating agents from concept through completion.
- Improve the code review process by leveraging AI tools to detect issues early, enhance code quality, and actively participate in design and architecture discussions.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation to ensure features function correctly both before and after release.
- Communicate clearly to understand the true purpose behind requirements, asking insightful questions to ensure solutions address real-world problems.
- Engage directly with clients when necessary to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and provide professional progress updates on behalf of the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align technical execution with user needs and business goals.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, rapid learning, and continuous improvement in both technical skills and operational processes.
- Demonstrate strong ownership by driving features from initial concept through validated production with urgency and focus.

Required Qualifications

- 0 to 1 year of professional experience; recent graduates and early-career developers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional academic credentials from a reputable institution are a significant advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex is highly desirable.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to independently tackle challenging problems rather than waiting for instructions.
- Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, ask relevant questions, and understand the rationale behind tasks beyond just specifications.
- Strong sense of ownership combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Solid programming fundamentals and a proven ability to learn quickly and develop real-world projects, whether personal, academic, or professional.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the capability to translate ideas into reliable, functional software.

Additional Information
