AI Product Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end AI and product development initiatives by working closely with product managers, engineering, data, and growth teams to ensure timely and aligned delivery.
- Organize project plans, track milestones, prepare documentation, and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze requirements to support product roadmaps, assist with demos and internal reviews, and monitor progress against goals and KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align on client expectations and support proposal preparation and product presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA or Trello.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, assess product performance, and support informed decision-making.
- Proven project management capabilities, including task planning, timeline tracking, and risk awareness.
- Understanding of product development processes, particularly AI-driven products, software lifecycles, and agile methodologies.
- Experience in sales and client collaboration to support cross-functional alignment and product-related presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or digital product teams and comfort using project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
