Key Responsibilities
As an AI Research Assistant, you will support the design, testing, and evaluation of AI-driven solutions across various client projects. Your daily tasks will include conducting structured research on AI models and techniques, assisting with experimental design in controlled environments, and collecting and organizing data for thorough analysis. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and data scientists to validate hypotheses and document findings. Preparing clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be an essential part of your role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi, requiring active participation in project meetings, reviews, and iterative development cycles with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to evaluate AI models, interpret results, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Solid research capabilities, including conducting literature reviews, designing experiments, and maintaining structured documentation of methods and outcomes.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders and presenting complex findings in an understandable manner.
- Laboratory skills relevant to setting up experiments, managing datasets, and adhering to standardized procedures for testing AI systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with machine learning concepts, basic programming skills (such as Python), and a solid understanding of statistics will be advantageous. Experience working within multidisciplinary technology teams is also beneficial.
